باستخدام منصة أكاديمية محيط، أنت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا لم توافق على جميع هذه الشروط، لا يجوز لك الوصول إلى خدماتنا أو استخدامها.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Moheet Academy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access courses on your behalf.

يُمنح الوصول إلى الدورة للمدة المحددة وقت التسجيل. لا يجوز لك مشاركة بيانات اعتماد حسابك أو السماح للآخرين بالوصول إلى الدورات نيابةً عنك.

All content on Moheet Academy's platform, including lessons, materials, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Moheet Academy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.

جميع المحتويات على منصة أكاديمية محيط، بما في ذلك الدروس والمواد والشعارات والتصاميم، هي ملكية فكرية لأكاديمية محيط أو مرخصيها. يُمنحك ترخيص محدود غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل للوصول إلى المحتوى واستخدامه لأغراض تعليمية شخصية فقط.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without prior written consent.

لا يجوز لك إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو تعديل أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة أو عرض علني أو استغلال تجاري لأي محتوى من منصتنا بدون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

You agree to use our platform respectfully and in accordance with Islamic values and applicable laws. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, hate speech, sharing harmful content, attempting to disrupt the platform, and any form of academic dishonesty.

أنت توافق على استخدام منصتنا باحترام ووفقًا للقيم الإسلامية والقوانين المعمول بها. تشمل السلوكيات المحظورة التنمر وخطاب الكراهية ومشاركة المحتوى الضار والمحاولة بإرباك المنصة وأي شكل من أشكال عدم الأمانة الأكاديمية.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these conduct standards, without prior notice or liability.

نحتفظ بحق تعليق حسابك أو إنهائه إذا قررنا أنك قد أخللت بمعايير السلوك هذه، دون إشعار مسبق أو مسؤولية.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moheet Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our platform.

بأقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل أكاديمية محيط المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تترتب على استخدامك لمنصتنا أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها.
